The next VARIBRU lunch gathering will take place on November 17, 2011, from 12:30 until 15:00, at the Diamant Building, Bd. A. Reyerslaan, 80, 1030 Brussels. It will feature an invited talk by Dr. Frank van der Linden, expert on software product lines.
During this event, which is mainly targeted towards industrial participants, you will be able to meet experts in the domain of software variability; discover new potentially relevant technologies in that area; get advice on your industrial challenges related to software variability; share experiences with other companies that experience similar problems. The event is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
The event will also give you a unique opportunity to meet Dr. Frank van der Linden, who authored several books on software product lines, and who will give a keynote on techniques for dealing with variability in complex software product lines.
VARIBRU is a project supported by Innoviris and by the Brussels region in the context of the Impulse Program for ICT. It brings together experts from the Brussels research community to work on industrially relevant solutions to help companies: streamline the value of their product portfolio; support more complex configurations and serve more customers with less programming; generate new products by composing and reusing features; dynamically adapt their product to changing contexts, without added source code complexity; tame the complexity of their database; transform a complex product into a family of smart and well-scoped applications.
